OVERVIEW
"We", "us", "our" refers to S A Camera Land (PTY) LTD, trading as S A Camera Land, registered in the Republic of South Africa. We operate sacameraland.co.za (the "Services"), powered by Shopify. By using the Services you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

ACCESS & ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18. You're responsible for your account security and activity, and may not transfer or sell your account.

OUR PRODUCTS
We try to accurately represent all new and pre-owned camera/video gear, but screen colours may vary and descriptions (including condition ratings) can change without notice. We may discontinue or limit products at our discretion.

ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale — we may accept, change, or decline any order. Returns/exchanges follow our Refund Policy [LINK] and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Purchases are for personal/household use unless otherwise agreed.

PRICES & BILLING
All prices are in ZAR and exclude tax/shipping/duties unless stated. Prices and promotions may change without notice. You must provide accurate payment details and are responsible for all charges incurred.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship nationwide. Delivery times are estimates only; we're not liable for carrier or customs delays. Risk passes to you once goods are handed to the carrier, subject to your CPA rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, branding, and trademarks belong to S A Camera Land or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use only — no reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without our written consent.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
Any third-party tools or linked sites are used at your own risk; we don't monitor, endorse, or accept liability for them.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Shopify powers our store but is not a party to your purchase — all sales are directly with S A Camera Land, and Shopify carries no liability for them.

PRIVACY
Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy [LINK] and POPIA (Act 4 of 2013). Shopify processes data on our behalf to run the Services.

FEEDBACK
Anything you submit to us (reviews, suggestions, etc.) may be used by us freely, royalty-free, without obligation to compensate or respond.

ERRORS
We may correct pricing/description errors or cancel affected orders at any time, even after order submission.

PROHIBITED USE
No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, spam, scraping/bot, or IP-infringing activity on the Services. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

AI AGENTS
Any automated "Agent" accessing our Services must identify itself as such in its user-agent string, not impersonate a human, not bypass CAPTCHAs, and must respect any request from us to stop.

TERMINATION
We may end this agreement or your access at any time without notice; you remain liable for amounts owed up to that point.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
Services and products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond what's expressly stated or required under the CPA. To the fullest extent the law allows, we (and Shopify) aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

GENERAL
These Terms are governed by South African law, with the courts of Gauteng having jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here; continued use means acceptance. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it freely.
