DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SOUTH AFRICA)

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our Pretoria location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your location within South Africa (major metros are typically faster; rural or outlying areas may take longer).

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. All prices are in ZAR.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email or phone if there's a significant delay affecting your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.

Delivery time
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 7-21 business days after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delays
As with domestic orders, high order volumes or customs holds may cause delays beyond our control. We'll contact you by email or phone if there's a significant delay.
